Your Role with Us

As a specialist nurse assistant with us, you will have a varied job where you combine nursing work with contributing your specialist knowledge to the organization. The role includes performing nursing interventions and providing support to clients in their own homes, while working in a team with colleagues, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Through guidance and knowledge sharing, you support colleagues and contribute to the development of methods that strengthen the quality of care and support work. You also serve as support for the primary care contact and other staff in planning, implementation, and follow-up of interventions. As a specialist nurse assistant, you play an important role in developing and improving the quality of the organization by contributing to knowledge development and enhanced competence in the workgroup.

The work also includes administrative tasks such as documentation in journals, creating implementation plans, and working with risk assessments.

The job involves working days, evenings, and weekends.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is a trained nurse assistant with specialist training, for example in elderly health and illness, psychiatry, dementia, palliative care, or emergency care. You need to express yourself well in Swedish, both in speech and writing. Experience in mentoring or training colleagues is an advantage, as is experience in quality and development work in the organization.

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and have a genuine interest in working customer-focused. You want to contribute to making every day as safe, meaningful, and valuable as possible for our elderly citizens. You can motivate and inspire others and have a professional approach to everyone you meet in your work. Furthermore, you have the ability to independently plan and structure your work. You are creative and solution-oriented, see opportunities for development, and are eager to initiate improvements in the organization.
