A Day as a Salesperson in Our 3Butik

It’s the start of a new day. You ensure that the store is ready for the day, make sure the store is clean and tidy, check sales results, and then set goals for the day. You read up on our latest product launch and our ongoing campaigns. Soon you will open the store and be ready for the day’s first customer meeting.

Throughout the day, you and your manager will review sales, customer satisfaction, daily operations, and you will receive regular coaching. You stay updated on training, new products, campaigns, and services. Together with your colleagues, you strive to meet the store's budget and deliver high-quality customer interactions.

Who Are You?

We believe that you are service-oriented and interested in sales. As a person, you are relationship-building and communicative, driven by working towards goals. We also see that you are responsible and a true buddy! Working as a Salesperson in a 3Butik means that your working hours will be scheduled during both daytime and evening, as well as weekdays and weekends, so a prerequisite is that this fits your life situation. You also need to be at least 18 years old and be able to speak Swedish and English.
