Flow Manager at Coop Avenyn

Coop Avenyn is a well-established and appreciated store with a good selection and a clear ecological profile. Our opening hours are 8 AM to 11 PM every day of the week to provide good accessibility for our customers. The store currently employs around 40 staff members and a number of part-timers.
As a Flow Manager, you will be responsible for all areas of the store's mechanical customer interaction, driving issues and activities aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction (NKI).
You will have full personnel responsibility and achieve your goals through your employees' performance. You are a skilled communicator who leads, coaches, engages, and follows up with your team based on common working methods. The main goal of the position is to enhance the customer experience and ensure that we constantly strive to streamline processes within supply management that lead to “Full, Fresh, and Fronted”.
Your role includes managing operations during the store's various opening hours. The work is physically demanding. It is highly meritorious if you have previous store experience working with team picking, online, and fresh products. Your responsibilities include;
- Ensuring that goals with action plans are established and followed up
- Working on continuous improvements of processes for example Team Picking, CAO, minimizing FYS
- Responsible for the store's sales planning together with the Sales Manager Customer Flow
- Ensuring effective staffing for the flow processes in the store
- General store work and management

You will be part of the store's management team and thus have overall responsibility for the store's results. In the management team, you primarily drive development and activities within the flow management. You report to the Store Manager.
The role may also involve covering for the Store Manager during short absences such as illness or vacation, which entails overall responsibility for the store.
We expect you to have experience and education from the retail sector so you know what it takes to create an efficient and profitable operation.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date of April 1 or by agreement. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. We apply a probationary period. Working hours vary and include both day and evening shifts as well as weekends.

Education;
- High school education is a requirement
- Post-secondary education is meritorious
Experience/Special Competence;
- The position requires broad experience and competence from the grocery trade
- The position requires documented experience in leading employees
- The position requires documented good results in operations with own result responsibility
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
