Our online store is fantastic, but it’s in our physical stores that we really make a difference. That’s where we meet people in real life and where the magic happens. In the interaction, you as a sales associate can turn someone’s day around in just a few seconds. A visitor comes in, perhaps a little tired after the day – and leaves with a pink bag filled with confidence, glow, and the feeling of being seen. That’s exactly how we want it to feel! WOW!

We are now looking for a sales associate with a strong interest and knowledge in hair care to join our team at Drottninggatan, who also has a strong sense of service and sales. You will work as a sales associate and expert in the hair care department of our incredible flagship store.

PR events, product launches, influencer events, live podcasts, live streams, and epic themed parties – our Playground on Drottninggatan is a place where something is always happening. Only your imagination sets the limits! Here, testing, feeling, and experiencing should happen from morning to night, until everyday life and celebration blend together! Sure, we have the best location and an unbeatable selection (even if all our 87,000 online products might get a bit messy 😉) BUT retail is no longer just a place where customers can buy products. Your Role with Us

Together, we constantly strive to give our visitors an experience of absolute world-class, and in that work, you stand on the front line. As a sales associate and hair care expert at Lyko, you are much more than just a sales associate – you are an advisor, inspirer, expert, best beauty buddy, and an important part of the visitor's experience.

We are looking for someone specialized in hair care who is passionate about helping customers understand their hair type, build the right hair care routine, and find products that truly make a difference.

With us, it’s about meeting each visitor genuinely. You make contact, listen, and share your knowledge in a personal way – always aiming to help the visitor understand their hair type and find the right products and routines for their specific needs. With your expertise, you guide our visitors through the hair care jungle and create security in their choices.

That’s how we create that magical feeling of being both seen and boosted ✨ Taking care of our visitors is always priority one, two, and three, but beyond that, you ensure they are always met by a fresh, well-stocked, and inspiring store – spotless, simply put!

We Believe You:

• Are a trained hairdresser, hairstylist, or have similar experience – or a self-taught hair expert.
• Have deep knowledge of hair care and feel confident guiding customers about hair types, scalp health, styling, and product choices.
• Possibly have a particular interest or experience in areas such as curly hair, color-preserving care, scalp health, styling, or ingredients in hair care.
• Love customer interaction and are driven to create results through service and advice.
• Are engaged, positive, and spread energy around you.
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Are flexible and enjoy working both in teams and independently.
• Have a structured approach to work and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Are at least 18 years old.

About the Employment:

Position: Sales Associate with a focus on hair care. Scope: 25 hours/week. Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period. Start date: Immediately or as agreed. Salary: According to collective agreement. Working hours: Working hours vary between 07:00 and 20:00 weekdays, 07:00–19:00 on Saturdays, and 08:00–18:00 on Sundays, including some holidays.
