About the role

This role has a responsibility distribution of approximately 80% as a Property Technician and about 20% as a Team Leader.

As a Property Technician at Nabo, you play a crucial role in ensuring ongoing maintenance of the property. You assist your customers with issues related to property management and technical installation, which means you are responsible for delivering services according to customer agreements or acting on corrective maintenance. In this role, you spend a lot of time out in our customers' properties and therefore, in many cases, you are the person who first notices faults and improvement measures. In cases where you cannot resolve the issue on-site, you are responsible for escalating the matter to the Property Manager or Group Leader.

As a Team Leader, you will work to support and assist your colleagues in the team, in close collaboration with the group leader. You will have extended responsibilities regarding technical expertise, customer relations, and customer care. The role also includes introducing new staff, quality assuring feedback and order management, taking ownership of the team's delivery and these assignments, as well as following up on customer and employee surveys.

At Nabo, we work in customer teams, which means you will have several internal collaborations concerning your customers. Therefore, we see you as a service-oriented person who is driven to contribute to the overall delivery and develop customer collaborations. You will have the opportunity to independently plan your workdays together with your customers, and you will therefore have access to your own service vehicle.

Your previous experiences

  • You are an experienced property caretaker or property technician with good knowledge of technical installations in properties, preferably particularly in heating and ventilation

  • Previous experience working with customer relations, preferably with housing cooperatives

  • Good computer skills and experience with administrative tasks

  • Have a good ability to plan and create structure for yourself and the team

  • Valid B driver's license

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused and places the needs of the cooperative and its members at the center – with the goal of always delivering safe, accessible, and professional service in line with Nabo's offering. You are engaged and take clear responsibility for ensuring that property management functions in everyday life, while also creating energy and direction in the team. The role requires you to be communicative and attentive, and to be able to hold a clear dialogue with boards, residents, contractors, and colleagues – both in planned interventions and when urgent matters arise. You work structured and have a knack for planning, prioritizing, and following up on tasks so that the right measures are implemented effectively and with good quality. As a person, you are also relationship-building and build trust through an unpretentious, solution-oriented approach that creates long-term collaborations and satisfied customers.

What happens next

We continuously work with our recruitment processes. This means that we review applications as they come in. The next steps in the process if you proceed consist of interviews, background checks* and reference checks.

* Final candidates will be subject to a background check upon their approval.
