Right now, we are in an exciting growth phase and are looking for a skilled logistics coordinator to join our amazing operations team in Stockholm and Kungsängen.

About the role As a logistics coordinator, you will be part of our logistics team and report to our Support & Logistics Manager. Our goal is to redefine what it means to own an electric car/hybrid by offering a wide range across the country and providing excellent service to our customers and partners. The logistics team is responsible for picking up all the cars that Carla purchases, as well as delivering sold cars directly to our customers. Managing a growing number of trips and drivers in accordance with cost and quality targets is challenging but fun! We now need to strengthen our team with a skilled logistics coordinator to further develop the business.

Examples of tasks:

  • Ensure that Carla's deliveries arrive on time with high quality and world-class service
  • Assist the nearest manager and Operations Manager in training, leading, and developing our drivers. They are our ambassadors and our most important point of contact with customers
  • Responsible for quality and price adjustments during the pickup of purchased cars
  • Planning and scheduling of Carla's drivers, both truck and passenger car drivers
  • Daily checks of payments and identifying and addressing issues in internal processes
  • Daily contact and coordination with Carla's suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Point of contact for both customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in the work to maximize customer satisfaction and develop our business

We believe that the person we are looking for:

  • Has proven ability to analyze data and interpret information effectively to continuously improve processes
  • Solid experience in route planning and scheduling of drivers
  • Has experience leading teams (this could be from university life, sports, politics, business, or associations)
  • Is a confident decision-maker with experience working with high volumes and fast-paced environments
  • Flexible and proactive. At Carla, no day is the same, and often you need to change direction to achieve results
  • Communicative; In this role, you will not only have daily contact with Carla's customers but also many key internal stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset who enjoys solving problems
  • Is a solution-oriented doer focused on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Experience in last-mile, logistics, traffic management, or staffing
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, as is a strong interest in cars
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Working hours and location

The position is based in Stockholm and Kungsängen. We have offices in central Stockholm and Kungsängen. The logistics team works together from both offices. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
