Healthcare Assistants Wanted for Ward 1

Job Responsibilities

As a healthcare assistant with us, you will work from a holistic perspective with the patient in focus and be offered a fun, independent, and stimulating job. You will be part of a multi-professional team composed of various professional roles. An important part of your work is contact with relatives and other caregivers.

About the Workplace

Ward 1 at Fagersta Hospital has recently undergone a complete renovation and now offers a modern, bright, and pleasant working environment with the family-like feel of a small hospital.

In Ward 1, we care for patients from the entire northern part of the region and work with medically stable patients who come for aftercare or rehabilitation, as well as palliative care. You will be part of the team and work with standard healthcare assistant tasks, care, sampling, risk assessments, continued mobilization, and rehabilitation.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained healthcare assistant, and it is an advantage if you have experience in inpatient care. As a person, you are secure, stable, and have good self-awareness. You work well with others and have the ability to empathize with others in a humble and respectful manner. You easily adapt to new circumstances and can maintain your calm in pressured and unforeseen situations.

Employment Conditions

Permanent position, full-time, day/evening/night shifts, and weekend work in Fagersta.
