We are now looking for 1 full-time care assistant for the Home Care Service in Ullstämma.

Ullstämma is a sheltered housing facility with 21 sheltered apartments connected to the operation, as well as daily lunch service and a solid range of recreational activities for our elderly. The primary task is home care work with our clients in their own homes - both personal care and domestic services are included.

Your assignment Home care work with our clients in the area, including personal care and domestic services. Distribution of meal boxes and responding to emergency alarms.

You will work with delegation from a nurse (medication, insulin, and stoma - after completed & approved training) and express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as documentation is part of the job. We work with time and effort registration.

You will be part of a team with close contact with the group manager and good colleagues. Contact with nurses and rehabilitation is done via home healthcare. You will act as a primary care contact for a number of clients.

The position is full-time, 100%. You will work on a rotating schedule with shifts every other weekend, always during the day starting at 07:00.

Qualifications You are a trained care assistant and preferably have worked for a few years in elderly care - preferably home care. You see opportunities, have a positive outlook, and a strong commitment to people. The work requires you to be responsible and have personal maturity. You share your knowledge and experiences with your colleagues and see it as natural to contribute to a positive work environment.

You enjoy working independently and understand the importance of good interaction in every situation. Biking is a basic requirement and a driver's license is a strong wish. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
