Part-time Job as Production Staff at Orthex in Tingsryd

Maxkompetens is now looking for dedicated personnel for part-time work at Orthex in Tingsryd. The working hours are varied, mainly in the evenings, but daytime and weekend work is also available.

Your Responsibilities

As production staff, you will be part of a smaller team where collaboration and responsibility are important parts of the daily work. Your main tasks will include:

• Working with machines in the manufacturing industry
• Packing, quality control, and assessment according to established instructions
• Pallet registration and handling of finished products
• Ongoing updates and compliance with new instructions and routines

Your Profile

For this position, we are looking for someone who thrives in a production environment and appreciates practical work with clear processes. You are meticulous, loyal, and responsible, while also being curious and eager to learn. You have a natural drive, want to develop, and approach new tasks with enthusiasm. You enjoy working in smaller teams, where everyone takes responsibility and understands the importance of good collaboration to achieve common goals.

We would like you to have previous experience in manufacturing production, but it is not a requirement. A forklift license is an advantage and can provide you with more opportunities in the job. To be considered, you need to be able to work evenings and weekends and be flexible and available during the day as needed. You should be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. If you do not live in Tingsryd, we prefer that you have a B driver's license and access to your own car.
