Our client is in an exciting and expansive phase and is now looking for a CNC operator for their operations in Växjö.

As a CNC operator, you will work with machining of forged steel components using various types of CNC-controlled machines, such as lathes, mills, and multi-operation machines. The production also includes robotic cells with several different robotic systems.

You will work in a factory where precision, technical knowledge, and quality awareness are crucial for a good result.

Has a genuine interest in manufacturing and machining within the industry. You are goal-oriented, quality-focused, and thrive in a production environment where collaboration and responsibility are a natural part of everyday life.

We welcome both experienced CNC operators and those who are at the beginning of their careers but have relevant education and the right attitude.

To be considered for the position, we see that you have:

• CNC education
• At least one year of experience in the manufacturing industry
• Experience in cutting machining (lathe, mill, or multi-operation machines) in CNC-controlled machines
• Experience in machine setup
• Good familiarity with reading drawings and measurement techniques

• Forklift license A+B
• Experience with control systems such as Fanuc or Siemens
• Experience with multi-axis machines

• At our client in Växjö
• Two shifts (morning/afternoon)
• Long-term assignment starting with hiring through us with good opportunities for direct employment with our client
• Possibility for immediate start
