JOB DESCRIPTION

As an operator, you will be an important piece of the puzzle to ensure the company's product quality in production. You will work at the heart of the operation where accuracy, responsibility, and quality thinking permeate the daily work.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and handling machines. Tasks include packing finished products, quality controls, and assessing products according to clear instructions and established guidelines. You will work in a structured manner to ensure that the products meet the company's quality requirements and actively contribute to efficient and safe production.

The work is physical and takes place at a fast pace, where collaboration and communication with colleagues are a natural part of everyday life.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has an eye for quality. You take pride in doing a good job and understand the importance of following instructions and routines. You enjoy physical work and have a structured approach that helps you maintain order even in a sometimes fast-paced environment. Collaboration comes naturally to you - you contribute to a good team spirit and have a positive attitude that is contagious in the workplace.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to:

• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Be used to taking responsibility for your work area

• Thrive in a production environment where safety and quality are the focus.

A forklift license is an advantage, but not a requirement.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position as an Operator is a full-time consulting assignment lasting for 3 months. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment.
