Jönssons Lackering Sörby AB has been operating in Växjö since 1993, focusing primarily on the coating industry and balcony manufacturing.

Recently, balcony manufacturing has increased, and the main focus today is on casting balcony slabs that are delivered and installed worldwide for Balco AB.

The company is located about 10 km south of Växjö (National Road 23 towards Malmö) and currently consists of the founders Ola Jönsson and Anders Jönsson along with employees.

About the position

Our client Jönssons Lackering is in an exciting and expansive phase and is currently looking for production staff. The tasks will be varied and primarily consist of casting balcony slabs. In the future, there may also be painting, sandblasting, and other common tasks within the industry.

The position is long-term and starts as a temp-to-hire through Montico, where the right person may be offered direct employment with Jönssons Lackering after a period of hiring. Working hours are scheduled during the day from 07:00 AM to 04:15 PM, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone with some form of industrial experience and who wants to develop together with a smaller family-owned company. As a person, you are adaptable, stress-resistant, quality-conscious, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks.

You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Forklift and crane licenses are advantageous.
