JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you technically interested and thrive in a production environment? We are now looking for a technical operator for an industrial company where you will work with the operation and development of production.

In this role, you will primarily work as an operator but will also support technical aspects related to machines and equipment. The work is done in close collaboration with colleagues in production and involves a shared responsibility to ensure stable and efficient operations.

Your tasks will include:

• operating and monitoring production equipment

• contributing to quality and safety in production

• performing basic maintenance and supporting machine startups

• reporting deviations and contributing to improvements in production

• collaborating with colleagues in the shift team to ensure a smooth production flow

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a technical interest who enjoys practical work in a production environment. You are a team player who takes responsibility for your tasks and contributes to good collaboration within the team.

We prefer that you have:

• experience working in industry or production

• technical interest and a desire to develop in the field

• good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

• a structured and meticulous work approach

Experience from the plastics industry or working with machines is an advantage but not a requirement.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position of technical operator is a full-time consulting assignment initially lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client. After the assignment, there are good opportunities for continued employment with the client company.
