• Maintenance of the property's exterior and interior environments

• Perform minor repairs and maintenance work

• Supervision of technical systems

• Contact and collaboration with external craftsmen and suppliers

• Responsible for ensuring the property's security systems function optimally

• Self-driven and proactive

• Service-oriented and communicative

• Organized with a good ability to prioritize tasks

• Flexible and prepared to handle unforeseen situations

• A valid driver's license (B) is required

• Meriting: Documented experience in carpentry, painting, or electrical work
