JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a care assistant within Home Care in Alvesta center and contribute to ensuring that our care recipients have a secure everyday life in their homes. You will be part of our team that works with person-centered care, and you will prioritize quality and interaction. We work according to Individual Needs in Center (IBIC) and use digital solutions and systems in our work, which is a prerequisite for providing our care recipients with good and individualized care.

Job responsibilities include, among other things:

Providing support and assistance in daily life, such as personal care, meals, and social interaction.
Performing delegated health and medical care tasks.
Documenting according to current routines.
Collaborating with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals for the best possible care.

Our operations run every day and hour of the year. In home care, you will work days, evenings, and weekends according to a schedule based on annual working time agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a certified care assistant with an approved education from a health and care program or another equivalent education. Previous experience in similar work is an advantage.

You are responsible, empathetic, and have a genuine interest in people. This is characterized by how you treat both colleagues and care recipients with respect and are attentive to individuals' varying needs. As a person, you are solution-focused and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively.

A valid B driver's license is required, and you should also be able to cycle as we have cycling routes. The job requires good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken.
