Nursing Assistants for Pool/Staffing

The work within Pool/Staffing means that you will be booked at various workplaces within special accommodations and home care services in the municipality. The needs of the operations dictate this, which means that you need to be able to independently move between different workplaces during your work shift. It is a varied job that is based on the individual needs and wishes. Job tasks include providing personal care and service, activation, escorting, shopping, and cleaning. Working hours are scheduled during day/evening and weekends.

Permanent employment. Salary supplements apply for work within Pool/Staffing. We offer wellness benefits within Ånge Municipality. A probationary period may be applied.

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant who is flexible, adaptable, stress-resistant, and positive. You need to be solution-focused and responsible. The position requires that you have good collaboration skills and strong communication competence. A requirement is that you are willing to take on a delegation within the framework of the nursing assistant profession. Good computer skills are required, as well as the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish, as documentation is part of the job. Personal suitability is highly valued. A B driver's license is required, and having access to a car is an advantage.
