Medical Responsible Nurse Job Responsibilities

As MAS, your main focus will be patient safety. Based on legislation and governing documents, you will work to ensure quality in municipal healthcare. In your role, you have a special responsibility for the development and follow-up of the quality of healthcare services. This responsibility includes quality reviews and requirements for the administration's documentation, medication management, delegations, training, and information flow within healthcare issues. The work also requires maintaining good collaboration with both external and internal healthcare providers. You should be good at collaborating and finding solutions. You will be an important part of the transformation work, Close Care. The Medical Responsible Nurse is responsible for developing routines and guidelines for healthcare, investigating reports of irregularities, and ensuring and developing a legally secure exercise of authority and good deviation management. Organizationally, you will be directly subordinate to the Social Director.

The position is a permanent full-time employment. Individual salary setting, start date according to agreement. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and this position may be filled before the application deadline. Welcome with your application!

We are looking for a licensed nurse with several years of experience in the profession. Preferably, you have further education in the field. Previous work experience in leading others, quality work, and development projects is an advantage. As a person, you are confident in yourself and have a professional approach. You are systematic and well-organized with the ability to plan and drive your work and act independently of others. You can express yourself clearly in both speech and writing and adapt to the target group you meet. To thrive in the role, it is required that you work in a structured and methodical way and have a desire to develop, learn new things, see improvements in operations, and contribute to the overall development of the organization together with us. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities and especially the ability to collaborate. A valid driver's license (B) is required.
