We are seeking your competence as a nurse/community nurse to complement our team.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse, you are responsible for both specific and general care. You work together with nursing colleagues in an area where you collectively plan your common tasks. You will have a central role in the team, where you work closely with other professionals (other nurses, EC, support staff, doctors, AT, FT, dietitians) with the patient at the center. Through your medical knowledge, we see that you find solutions that create security and added value for the patient. You guide staff and students, as well as provide support and advice to relatives. Together with colleagues and other professionals, you will work towards meaningfulness for the patient.

Qualifications

You are either a licensed nurse or community nurse, preferably with experience in the field. It is advantageous if you have supervisory training or other advanced training such as elderly care, psychiatry, or community nursing. We are looking for someone who can work independently but also has the ability to see themselves as part of a team.

You should have a strong commitment, a positive attitude towards development, and be attracted to situations where innovation and creativity are involved.

A valid driver's license (category B) is a requirement.

During the interview, we will conduct an identity check and verify citizenship. Accepted documents are passport, international ID card, driver's license + personal certificate from the Tax Agency, or other ID documents that strengthen citizenship.

We welcome language skills in Finnish and/or any of the Sami varieties as Örnsköldsvik municipality is part of both Finnish and Sami administrative areas.

In our municipality, a number of positions are placed in security class, so security screening may occur. These positions require Swedish citizenship.
