Job Responsibilities

As a physiotherapist in home healthcare in Härnösand, you will work with special accommodations, regular housing, and individuals with disabilities. Your responsibilities include prescribing and testing assistive devices, initiating, conducting, and delegating training for the patients you meet. The work is characterized by close collaboration with your team colleague and other colleagues within the organization to ensure high-quality care. You will use operational systems such as Lifecare, Lifecare SP, and WebSesam.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist/physical therapist. Experience in home healthcare or similar work is an advantage, but we also welcome recent graduates.

You need to have good knowledge of using various data systems for documentation, planning, and communication as part of your daily work. Likewise, good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.

A B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement.

As a person, you are open and have an easy time building good relationships with both patients, colleagues, and other partners. To thrive in the role of physiotherapist, we see that you are flexible and can adapt to new situations and changing conditions while working in a structured manner. You enjoy planning, organizing, and prioritizing to achieve set goals. Most importantly, you are passionate about supporting and helping patients achieve as much independence as possible based on their abilities.
