The Position In the role of technical assembler, you will work in Berlex's workshop with the assembly and installation of the company's own developed traffic safety products. The work is practical and varied, consisting mainly of mechanical assembly, connections within low voltage, and simpler hydraulic tasks. You will work from drawings and technical documentation and follow the assembly process from start to finished product. The role also includes some documentation, reporting in the business system Pyramid, and participation in the ongoing improvement work of production.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work and has experience in assembly, production, or similar industrial work. You have an interest in technology, are meticulous, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a structured manner. If you also have technical experience, some familiarity with electrical tasks, or experience in simpler troubleshooting and repair, it is a merit, but we place great importance on your practical ability and your willingness to develop. You take responsibility for your tasks and contribute to good collaboration within the team.
The Company Berlex is a Swedish family-owned company founded in 1972, based in Kungälv. The company develops and manufactures innovative solutions in traffic safety, focusing on intelligent traffic systems, connected products, and safe working environments along the roads. In recent years, the business has evolved from traditional products to more system-based and digital solutions, where Berlex's own developed cloud service plays a central role. The company is characterized by innovation, creativity, and a strong commitment to traffic safety, with the vision that no one should lose their life in traffic. Today, Berlex consists of 35 employees in Kungälv, of which 6 work in production.
Requirements
High school education (preferably in electrical, technology, or industry)
Ability to read drawings and technical documentation
Good computer skills
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing and good understanding of English
Meritorious
Experience or previous work in low voltage electricity, mechanics, or welding
Experience in technical assembly or installation
Driver's license B
