The Role
This is a new role that strengthens our focus on operational optimization and technical development in our property portfolio. We are looking for a specialist who wants to work systematically to improve and develop our technical installations.

As a Property Developer for Operations, you are responsible for ensuring that our technical systems operate efficiently and cost-effectively over time. The role is closely tied to the properties with a focus on system understanding and optimization of heating, ventilation, hot water, and control technology. You work data-driven, identify deviations, and drive actions that improve function, reduce energy consumption, and enhance operational reliability.

You collaborate closely with our Property Developer for Energy & Technology as well as other property developers and property managers. You provide technical documentation and follow up on implemented measures, serving as a qualified support in operational and system issues.

Your responsibilities include:

• Systematically work on optimizing the operations of the properties' technical installations with a focus on heating, ventilation, hot water, and control technology.
• Analyze operational data and identify deviations, as well as propose improvements.
• Follow up on implemented measures and verify effects in terms of improved functionality, reduced energy consumption, and increased operational reliability.
• Act as technical support to the organization on issues related to operations and system solutions.
• Specify requirements, coordinate, and follow up with contractors and suppliers within operations and technical installations.
• Prepare technical documentation and analyses for decision-making regarding measures.
• Document work and actions and report status according to the company's procedures.

The role involves travel within Gothenburg and Kungsbacka, and a B driver's license is required.

What do we expect from you?
We are looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within technical property operations and optimization. You have good knowledge of HVAC systems as well as control technology and are accustomed to analyzing operational data and seeing connections between different technical installations.

You have worked in property systems and have a good understanding of systems with the ability to identify improvement measures that strengthen functionality, operational reliability, and energy performance. You likely have a post-secondary technical education, for example in property management, energy, or operational technology. The most important thing is your competence and understanding of technical operations and energy efficiency.
