Djärv Kyl AB is a well-established refrigeration company based in Skellefteå, with operations also in Umeå and Luleå. We work with installation, service, and repair of refrigeration systems in trucks, buses, and other vehicles for corporate clients. Your Responsibilities

The main work is as a mechanic/refrigeration technician, but you also have the role of a leader, where you are responsible for the daily operations in the workshop and serve as support for the mechanics in their work.

You will have a key role where you combine your technical knowledge with leadership, responsibility, and structure. You plan your own and the mechanics' work to ensure high quality, good working conditions, and an efficient workflow. You work closely with our customers on troubleshooting and repairing refrigeration systems in trucks and buses. You are the face of our operations in Luleå and carry out current assignments for both new and existing customers. Most repairs are carried out on-site in our workshop, but there are also assignments performed at the customer's location. You report directly to the responsible manager and CEO of the company.

Examples of Tasks

• Troubleshooting and repairing climate systems, e.g., through repair and replacement of components.
• Preventive maintenance of climate systems for our customers.
• Documentation of completed actions in relevant service systems.
• Service and customer contact to maintain good relationships with our customers.
• Lead and distribute the daily work in the workshop.
• Plan work and be available as support for the mechanics.

Your Background/Qualities

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a mechanic for heavy vehicles.
• Is self-driven, structured, and confident in your technical knowledge.
• Has a natural sense of responsibility and the ability to make decisions.
• Is solution-oriented and enjoys a role with both practical and organizational responsibilities.
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.
• Has a B driver's license.

Meritorious

• Previous work with refrigeration systems.
• Certified refrigeration technician.
• Previous experience as a supervisor, team leader, or other leadership role.
• CE driver's license.
• Knowledge of welding/soldering.
