Guests come to us for social and pleasant relaxation in their everyday lives with fun bingo games. All our surplus goes to the association life, which makes our work very meaningful.

BingoRingen was born on December 29, 2017, but the management was active in bingo long before that. Today, we have several bingo halls across Sweden, and the head office is located in Karlstad.

Job Description:

We are now looking for an employee who can work extra as needed and as a summer substitute during the holiday periods. The shifts are scheduled on days, evenings, and weekends. Since we are open every day of the week, the shifts fall on varied weekdays.

The tasks include sales, café operations, cash handling, customer service, and announcements. It is important to us that customers are in focus and that we provide the best possible service and experience. During your first period with us, you will undergo training to learn and understand the work. After that, you will work independently during the shifts.

Qualifications:

We want you to be service-oriented, attentive, social, and stress-resistant, and have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. It is an advantage if you speak additional languages, but it is not a requirement. A plus is if you have a good sense of numbers and are a quick learner. At BingoRingen in Östersund, we work independently during the shifts, so it is important that you can work autonomously and take your own initiatives. If you have previously worked in customer service and sales, we see it as a merit, but the greatest emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
