The department has both a strategic role and an operational responsibility for the agency's crisis preparedness, civil defense planning, information security, data protection, security protection, operational protection, registration, and archives. It is also beneficial if you have worked with traditional archival work, digital information management, and long-term preservation, especially within e-archives. Practical experience with IT supports such as Visual Arkiv and VisAlfa, as well as knowledge of information management plans, is also meritorious. If you also have experience in project management or administrative management, for example in implementing or upgrading systems or test management, this is seen as a strong merit.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish, as well as good knowledge of English.

Your Personal Qualities

As a person, you have a good ability to collaborate, create dialogue, and contribute to a positive team spirit.
