Product Administrator in Textiles with Elements of Product Development Assistant

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for a meticulous and structured person to support our product development team while one of our colleagues is on parental leave. The role combines product administration and product development, with a particular focus on compiling and quality assuring information for our Digital Product Passport (DPP).

You will be part of a small, close-knit team where everyone contributes and is equally important. RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Administration & Quality

- Creation and administration of article numbers and EAN codes

- Development and review of care labels

- Quality control of samples and finished products (in-house and warehouse)

- Handling complaints and follow-up with suppliers

- Coordination and follow-up of samples and sales samples

Digital Product Passport – a central part of the role

- Compile, structure, and quality assure information for the Digital Product Passport / textile product passport

- Ensure accuracy and update data regarding material content, supplier and origin information, certificates, chemical and sustainability documentation, as well as product, article, and batch information

- Coordinate information between suppliers, PLM, and internal systems

Product Development & PLM

- Creation, updating, and distribution of tech packs

- Updating and administration of product data in PLM systems

- Sample management: measuring, comments to factories, and follow-up

- Development and updating of size charts

- Support in the development and further development of new and existing products

Supplier and Internal Contact

- Daily communication with international suppliers

- Ensure that product information is accurate throughout the product process

- Administrative support for product development and quality

Preferred Software

- PLM systems, such as YuniquePLM (or similar)

- Adobe Illustrator

- Microsoft Excel

- Microsoft Word / Outlook

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

- Have experience in product development and/or product administration within textiles

- Are accustomed to working in PLM systems and with tech packs

- Are structured, meticulous, and quality-conscious

- Enjoy administrative work and compiling complex information

- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

Experience with Digital Product Passport, CE documentation, or sustainability data is a plus.
