The work involves various forms of inquiries and the assessment of applications for permits for changes to protected churches and buildings. Another important task is to participate in the internal cross-sectoral work related to cases under the Planning and Building Act and the Environmental Code.

In your daily work, you will be in contact with authorities, municipalities, the Church of Sweden, businesses, and individuals. You will collaborate with other departments within the County Administrative Board, primarily in the areas of urban development, nature conservation, and environmental protection.

Within the Cultural Heritage Unit, we share responsibility for tasks, and you will contribute to further developing the working methods of the cultural heritage operations.

Experience in handling cultural heritage cases, for example at a County Administrative Board, is an advantage. Knowledge of the Planning and Building Act and the Environmental Code is also meritorious.

As a person, you are structured, driven, and have good collaborative skills. This means you take responsibility for your tasks and plan and prioritize your work effectively in relation to the organization's goals. You are confident in your role and can weigh and assess different societal interests. You represent the County Administrative Board in a trustworthy manner. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

Terms
