We are now looking for nursing assistants to Säbo Edshöjden.

Your Responsibilities

Your role as a nursing assistant with us consists of providing care as well as help and support to the users based on their individual needs.

Some of the tasks included in the position are:

• Provide personal care and support in daily life
• Perform delegated health and medical care tasks
• Work according to implementation plans and document in the journal system
• Collaborate with colleagues, nurses, and relatives
• Contribute to a pleasant environment and support both social and physical activities

You will work according to a schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. We also work with the desired employment rate, and resource shifts may also be included, which could be at another unit in our area.

We work with contact person responsibility, which means that you will have primary responsibility for some of the users. As part of this, we have regular team meetings, and our home teams include care staff, unit managers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses.

Your Competence

We want you to have a degree from the nursing and care program or another equivalent education that the employer assesses as equivalent. Good computer skills and proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, are required for the position. A B driver's license is also a requirement.

You are a secure and stable person who has the ability to understand the perspectives of the residents. It is important that you take responsibility for your task and independently plan your work effectively to meet the needs of the residents.

The position also requires that you are flexible and can quickly adapt to changes in the operation. It is crucial that you have good collaboration skills, show interest in the users, and provide a good reception.
