Are you a trained specialist nursing assistant ready for the next step in your career? Then you could be our new colleague. We are looking for a specialist nursing assistant with a focus on developing working methods centered around the individual's needs and abilities.

Our workplace is located in Husby, close to the residential area of Skogstorp and the countryside in Hållsta/Näshulta. In our new and modern premises, we collaborate closely with Mesta home care. This means we have several team leaders on site and close contact with other staff through Mesta home care. You will work in a cluster consisting of Husby, Hällby, and Mesta. Your base will be in Husby, but you may occasionally need to assist in other areas when needed.

We are also proud of our close cooperation with nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. Most of the work is done by car, which means you will have reflection time between clients. You will be part of a dedicated team with high competence. We are a great group that enjoys working together. We have fun and focus on making a difference for our elderly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Based on your advanced knowledge, you will guide and support your colleagues in their daily work. This may involve assessments in various complex care situations such as interaction, approach, documentation, implementation plans, and person-centered care. With us, you will have the opportunity to mentor students and trainees. You will also support the permanent care contact and other care staff. An important part of the job is to plan, implement, and evaluate care interventions, and we work together as a unit to develop our operations forward. You are a specialist nursing assistant and will also perform nursing assistant tasks.

In the long term, we hope you will step into the role of team leader to ensure a structured, quality-assured, and coordinated effort within home care. This includes holding meetings that involve team meetings, quality assurance, and follow-ups with assistance, health care, and management. You will work closely with your colleagues in daily tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained specialist nursing assistant. You should have experience working in care and support and be familiar with documentation. Much of your workday will be spent in a car, so we require you to have a valid driver's license (category B). You should be comfortable driving in rural areas and be open to receiving delegations.

Building good relationships and providing a positive response to clients, relatives, and colleagues is second nature to you. Since you mentor and support colleagues in their work, you are confident in making decisions and finding solutions. In stressful situations, you remain calm and composed.
