We at Attendo are now looking for several summer substitutes with the possibility of temporary employment at Alunskiffern in Varberg. Attendo Alunskiffern is a new and fresh residence focused on sports and SPA. We are a friendly team that works together and is driven by joy at work and doing that little extra for our customers. We currently have 54 customers in 6 departments over 3 floors, of which two departments are somatic and the other four are dementia.

Job Description

As an employee with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during the day. You will also be involved in meals, which is a big part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes.

• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.

• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions.

• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

You are passionate about caring for the elderly, see the individual's needs, and are engaged with their relatives.

Qualifications

• If you are a nursing assistant - Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.

• If you are a nursing assistant - Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).

• Good computer skills/computer familiarity.

• Summer work is possible but also part-time temporary employment.

• Working hours during day/evening/weekend/night.

• Start date according to agreement, summer vacation runs from week 24 to 35.

Meritorious:

• Experience from care work in elderly care.

• Experience of delegation.
