At our distribution center (DC) in Insjön, Dalarna, we are looking for someone interested in working with us as a warehouse employee. The positions are permanent and start with a six-month probationary period with a start date according to agreement.

As a warehouse employee with us, you are an important part of our distribution center and a key player in delivering to customers. In this role, you work to ensure a safe, efficient, and structured flow of goods, where each step is performed with a focus on safety, quality, and precision.

The tasks are carried out in modern warehouse facilities and include several parts of the warehouse process such as goods reception, storage, picking, sorting, forklift driving, and loading, as well as handling goods in our warehouse and support systems. You work according to routines and standardized methods, but you are also expected to be attentive, take responsibility, and contribute to improvement efforts.

The role involves physical work where forklift driving and heavy lifting are included. Our internal forklift training is mandatory to work with us, and this training is conducted on-site with our instructors.

Collaboration and communication with colleagues are crucial to achieving common goals. You are part of a team that meets customer needs every day.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who prioritizes safety and enjoys working in a structured environment where pace and quality go hand in hand. You work efficiently and accurately, follow routines, and take responsibility for your work. With the customer in focus, you understand how your daily work affects delivery precision and customer satisfaction.

You enjoy collaborating with others and contribute with an open and positive attitude. Good communication is a natural part of your working style, and you speak up if something is not safe or can be done better. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoy being part of a team that actively works together.

To succeed in this role, you need to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. You have a high school education or equivalent, a B driver's license, and basic IT skills. The role requires you to be able to work physically and handle a sometimes high pace in a safe and structured manner.

It is advantageous if you have experience with forklift driving. If you have documented experience in safety work or have worked with Lean, 5S, or other improvement work, that is also a plus.

Working hours may be scheduled as daytime or shift work throughout the week. This means you should be open to working both daytime, evenings, and weekends.
