Our health center has over 3,000 registered patients and is located in a residential area undergoing significant development with the green transition. We are a forward-looking health center focused on development and work environment where lack of prestige and proximity to decision-making are givens. We are looking for

We welcome you who are a licensed physician who has started or plans to start your residency in general medicine. You have drive and a good ability to see the whole picture and want to work for a workplace where the patient is always at the center. You have a genuine patient focus, work with a lack of prestige, and find it easy to collaborate with different professional categories within and outside the organization.

We offer you who want to become a specialist in general medicine a structured training position. You must have the qualifications to work within Swedish healthcare, good knowledge of Swedish and English, and the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing at C1 level. Additionally, we value further language skills.


This is what you will work with

As a resident physician with us, you will have the opportunity to develop across the breadth of general medicine. You will encounter a variety of patients of different ages with all kinds of health-related issues, with guidance from knowledgeable specialist physicians and close collaboration with experienced nurses, rehabilitation teams, and other professionals. The work includes diagnostics, treatment, rehabilitation, and disease prevention measures. To meet patients' needs, we work with outpatient work, patient visits and follow-ups, telephone advice, and digital healthcare meetings where we see the patient as an active and natural part of their own health.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in the development of the organization and receive support to grow as both a doctor and a colleague.

We have a close collaboration with the municipality and other health centers within our primary care area. The role includes supervision of students, resident physicians, and other residents based on where you are in your own training, as well as colleagues at the health center.

To achieve your goals, you have the main responsibility to follow your individual training plan with close support from supervisors, study directors, and unit managers.
Your workday is individually designed with scheduled time for your own studies that are necessary to achieve set educational goals, structure for meetings, and administrative work.

Information about the position

You have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position with full or part-time work. On-call and standby work is included in the joint on-call operations for primary care in Boden.
Training positions have fixed salary levels.
