Your Profile

Are you a leisure home teacher driven by creating a meaningful leisure time for children and youth? Who understands how important it is and has the competence to fulfill the task? We are now looking for a leisure home teacher for our leisure home. As a qualified leisure home teacher, you will help lead and develop the leisure home's activities based on Lgr-22. Therefore, you should enjoy both leading and developing and have a curious approach to your assignment. And you must love working with children!

We Offer

The position is 100% and involves work at the lower and middle school levels as well as in the leisure home. At Vittra, the leisure home and school form a whole. Learning and development guide all planned activities, and just like in school, we systematically work to follow up on the quality of everything we do. Therefore, we meet in regular collegial conversations to discuss teaching. The students are our most important partners and are constantly present in our development work. This means that it is always we leisure home teachers who are responsible for both teaching and the pedagogical relationship, but everything we do is done in collaboration with the students.

We offer a developing work environment with many career paths. Vittra has a training program consisting of various external training courses as well as internal training, including a leadership development program for team leaders and professional development days for leisure home teachers.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months (provided you meet the requirements of the Education Act for eligibility). Start date according to agreement.
