We are looking for summer temporary workers for elderly care and support services!

We seek individuals who want to work as summer temporary workers in home care, nursing homes, group homes, and personal assistance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a summer/temporary worker, you will replace regular staff and be booked as needed, for example, during sick leave, childcare, and vacations. In your work, you provide support, care, and assistance to individuals who need it to manage their daily lives based on their individual needs.

The work may involve:

• Providing personal care and support in daily life
• Assisting with transfers, meals, and hygiene
• Social interaction and creating a sense of security

As a summer/temporary worker, you need to be able to work varying hours, including daytime, evenings, and weekends. In some areas, you may also need to work nights. Working hours will be adapted to the needs of the service.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is flexible, responsible, and has a good attitude
• Is service-oriented and attentive to others' wishes and needs
• Has good teamwork skills but is also confident in working independently
• Listens, communicates, and resolves conflicts constructively
• Masters the Swedish language in speech and writing
• Has good computer skills

It is advantageous if you have education at the high school level in the Health and Care program or the Child and Leisure program with a focus on social work or previous experience in care work. A driver's license is required for certain units.
