Lycksele Hospital is a small and well-equipped acute hospital, and we are now looking for a nurse for the Medical Center Southern Lapland and the Rehab/Stroke Department.
We maintain close cooperation with primary and emergency care throughout Southern Lapland. By working in a smaller hospital, you will be part of a strong community, competence, and drive. With us, you will develop, become independent, and collaborate with skilled colleagues!
At Lycksele Hospital, we are committed to professional development and accommodating individual placement requests. We have several nurses rotating between different units, which we see as beneficial for both you as an individual and us as an organization.
In the Rehab/Stroke department, there are 16 care places within the stroke unit, orthopedic, and general rehabilitation. The staff works in well-functioning teams consisting of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers, speech therapists, and dietitians. There is a strong sense of community and a good atmosphere in the workgroup!
We are now looking for a nurse for night shifts. The possibility to participate in a work schedule model and work day, evening, night with reduced working hours can also be discussed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a nurse with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel safe.
You participate in the care and medical management of patients in close collaboration with other professional categories in our multidisciplinary team. Your work is very varied, and you will work within stroke, orthopedics, rehabilitation, and palliative care. We continuously work to develop care, where our clinic vision reflects our work - Soft hands, sharp minds, warm hearts.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed nurse with an interest in stroke and rehabilitation care.
We want you to be engaged, responsible, and have a strong team spirit, seeing opportunities and solutions as you play an important role in our team. You have the ability to prioritize between different tasks. The work requires good collaboration skills and high flexibility. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
