JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

What does the position entail?

Depending on your educational background and previous experience, different roles may be relevant for you with us. Common to them is that in your work you function as a support for our clients in their daily routines, you create safety and stability, and work closely with your colleagues. If you have an academic degree, it also includes working with treatment and investigative work. Our work is carried out on behalf of the social services and in close cooperation with the network that our clients have around them. We operate around the clock, which means that you will work on a schedule with irregular working hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with at least a two-year post-secondary education, or an education equivalent to this, with a focus on social work, social pedagogy, or behavioral science. We would like you to have previous experience working with the target group. You have psychological resilience and the ability to create safety and predictability. You can work both independently and in a team, are attentive, secure in yourself, and have an easy time building relationships with others. Since travel may occur in the job, a B driver's license is a requirement.
