About the position

In the role of Operations Technician with us, you will have a stimulating job where you take great personal responsibility and help our customers rectify faults, solve problems, and maintain properties. You primarily work with larger commercial property owners in a varied portfolio, which provides a diverse and developing everyday life. You need to have an unpretentious approach as the types of fault rectification can range from large to small. You belong to a small and tight-knit team with different competencies that together are responsible for establishing safe operations with the help of well-developed preventive maintenance. If you also have expertise in plumbing or electrical work, this is considered particularly meritorious. Your main tasks will be:

• Independently conduct inspections, maintenance, and upkeep on all properties
• Assist tenants with orders and troubleshooting

On-call duty may occur in this position.

About you

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, self-sufficient, and enjoys meeting people in your daily life. Furthermore, you are a person with technical interest and the ability to collaborate – both with internal and external parties. You enjoy taking personal responsibility, are meticulous, and like to see the big picture when you work.

To succeed in this role, you need

• Higher vocational education of at least 1.5 years corresponding to 300 YH points or equivalent 400 YH points with a focus on technology or property management
• Experience in operations and service work within property
• Good technical knowledge and problem-solving ability with an interest in mechanics/Electricity/Plumbing
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and administrative ability as all reporting is done digitally via handheld devices
• Driver's license B
