Huzells Tunga Delar is now looking for a Product Responsible Internal Salesperson to join the Customer & Product Support team. Here, you will play a central role in supporting customers, driving sales, and developing the product range within heavy vehicles together with an experienced team that enjoys pace, collaboration, and doing the job properly.

About the role

As a Product Responsible Internal Salesperson, you will have a broad and varied role where you work with both sales and product responsibility. You will work closely with other units within Huzells, aiming to create a sharp whole: the right products, the right service, the right business.

A large part of the work takes place in dialogue with customers via phone and email, where you guide, suggest solutions, provide alternatives, and ensure that the business goes through. At the same time, you have a clear responsibility for developing your product area in a way that strengthens Huzells' offering over time.

An important part of the role is also collaboration with suppliers. You will follow the development of the product range, drive dialogue around product selection, quality, and commercial terms, and ensure the right products under the right conditions. Through active collaboration with suppliers, you contribute to building long-term and business-like partnerships that strengthen the company's competitiveness.

Examples of tasks

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Provide technical advice and sell spare parts and related services to B2B customers

  • Drive and develop the product range within your product area together with the organization

  • Work with pricing, quotes, and follow-up on business

  • Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers and contribute to developing collaborations

  • Ensure that product information and article data maintain high quality

  • Work in business systems and contribute to order and structure in everyday flows

  • Participate in activities that strengthen Huzells' presence in the market, such as events and customer meetings

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to take the next step in their career and is attracted to a role where you can combine technology and business in a practical everyday setting.

You do not need to know everything from day one – but you need to have a solid foundation and a genuine interest in the field. You are curious, enjoy learning, and want to understand how things are interconnected, both technically and commercially.

You thrive in dialogue with people and find it easy to build trust. You are also comfortable making decisions on the spot, managing many parallel cases, and keeping structure and order at the same time.

We prefer that you have experience from workshops, spare parts, technical support, internal sales, or similar environments. The most important thing is that you are confident in technical discussions and enjoy working with demanding customers.

To succeed in the role, we believe that you:

  • Have good technical understanding related to heavy vehicles

  • Thrive in a role with a lot of customer contact

  • Are business-minded, structured, and enjoy creating order in systems and flows

  • Have good computer skills and work effortlessly in business systems (experience with Jeeves is a plus) and Excel

  • Communicate clearly in Swedish and have good English skills in both speech and writing
