As a customer representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers – welcoming them, listening to their needs, and ensuring they leave us with a smile. We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and wants to help us become the best workshop in the industry.

Your role – focus on the customer

• Welcome customers and provide them with a personal and professional experience.
• Be the customer's advisor throughout the process – from booking to completed service.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a high level of service.
• Handle questions and problems smoothly and positively.
• Ensure that every customer feels seen, heard, and satisfied.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in customer service or advisory roles (experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not a requirement).
• Is communicative, attentive, and enjoys building good relationships.
• Is solution-oriented, a team player, and thrives with multiple tasks.
• Has a positive and service-oriented attitude.
