I have a physical disability and am looking for an additional personal assistant to join my small team. It is important to me that you are willing to take on a responsible and long-term role in my daily life, that you understand that details, safety, and clear instructions are crucial. When you are at work, you need to be able to focus fully, take guidance seriously, and work with respect for my needs and priorities.

I am looking for a woman, approximately 30-55 years old and a non-smoker. I live in Järfälla and lead an active life with my family. For me, it is essential that you do not just see this as a job, but as a mission where you support me in what is important in my life and interests. You need to understand how significant details are and respect that things sometimes need to be done in a specific way.

The work requires that you take safety and instructions very seriously. You need to feel comfortable being guided and receiving clear instructions on how different tasks should be performed. You have a strong value base and an inherent respect for the equal worth of all people.

As a person, you are humble, mature, and reliable. You have positive energy, are engaged, and ready to work when you are on site. During your shifts, you need to set your own needs aside and focus entirely on your mission. You are both physically and mentally strong, used to working actively and standing or moving a lot during the day.

The work involves personal care, so it is important that you feel comfortable with personal hygiene and maintain good hygiene yourself. You are flexible regarding both tasks and working hours and have an attitude characterized by responsibility and willingness to work. With me, you will work day and night shifts, and my wish is for you to work 1-2 shifts/week on a rolling schedule, but periodically you will need to take extra shifts and support when your colleagues are on vacation.
