Do you want to work where your skills truly make a difference while having the opportunity to shape your development? Whether you are looking for a clear focus or want to try different working methods within elderly care, home care, or on-call services, we offer a safe and learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity for those new to the profession to broaden their experience and find the right context.

- On-Call Care: The on-call care works evenings, nights, and weekends when regular licensed staff are not present, whether it is a weekday or holiday. The work includes both emergency alarms and planned interventions and suits those who thrive in a pace where clinical assessments and quick prioritization are central.
