Attendo Orgelgatan is a modern nursing home focused on culture and leisure. We have 100 apartments spread over six floors, three departments for people with dementia and three departments for people with high care needs. Together, we all work to make a real difference! Here, you will find nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, team leaders, care assistants, nursing aides, chefs, cleaners, and managers in a wonderful team!

We are looking for someone who is driven to work with people. As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with the residents and their relatives. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.

Job Description

We are looking for you with a care assistant education and experience in care work within elderly care. Qualifications in dementia or psychiatry as well as previous delegations in, for example, medication management are advantageous.

We are currently seeking staff for one of our dementia departments for approximately 75%. Working hours are scheduled for day/evening and every other weekend.

Qualifications you must have:

• Care assistant education of at least 1350 points.

• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a care assistant.

• Experience in elderly care.

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

• Good computer skills/computer familiarity.

• Work permit.

You enjoy providing good service, building great relationships, and want to give that little extra, the daily golden touch, to our residents. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about caring for the elderly and can see the individual's needs. You are engaged and actively seek to improve the operations positively. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

About the recruitment process
