With us, a dedicated and competent team works together, where we have cross-professional knowledge. Due to our continued growth, we are now looking for an occupational therapist who wants to help further develop our team (75–100%).

About the role

As an occupational therapist, you will work in a team alongside physiotherapists, nurses, nursing assistants, and home care staff, so good collaboration skills are an important part of the role.

You will work with clients over 65 years old and conduct assessments and interventions in their homes. This may involve rehabilitative and health-promoting interventions, ADL assessments, assistive device evaluations, and assessments for housing adaptations. We work person-centered with a holistic perspective where the individual's collective needs are at the center.

Your qualities

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist with experience in home health care.

To thrive with us, you should be a confident and action-oriented person who can create engagement and motivation in your work. You have clear communication and a structured approach that allows you to handle both planned and urgent situations. You work from a clear client perspective and actively contribute to developing the operations with the client's best interests in focus.

Great importance will be placed on your personal suitability and ability to collaborate with both colleagues and clients.

The start date for the role is by agreement, and the employment form is permanent with a 6-month probationary period.
