About Us

Br. Olsson is run by brothers Mattias and Andreas Olsson and is rooted in a passion for food, drink, and guest experiences. The group includes the operations of Hotel Fratelli, Bazar Bar & Restaurant, Bazar Bakery & Deli, Olssons Brygga, O’Learys Arvika, and Olssons Event, including festivals like Arvika Hamnfest and Kajen. With tasteful experiences of world-class, we aim to give our guests the best moments of the day.

We are now looking for a Content & Marketing Coordinator who wants to help develop communication for several strong brands within the restaurant, event, and tourism sectors.

Location: Karlstad or Arvika

You will be based in one of the locations but will work and create content in both cities. Since our operations thrive when guests are present, working hours vary, and evening work occurs in connection with events and activities.

In this role, you will work closely with the marketing manager and the team around you, capturing the everyday life, atmosphere, and experiences in our operations. Through content and campaigns, you will contribute to creating visibility, engagement, and more guests.

This is what you will do

You will help tell our everyday stories and experiences by:

  • creating content for social media – images, videos, and text
  • planning and publishing posts and campaigns
  • photographing and filming in everyday life and at events
  • producing simple graphic material for campaigns and offers
  • writing persuasive texts for events and activities
  • tracking results and learning what drives engagement and bookings

  • Canva
  • Adobe programs
  • Reels/short video – e.g., CapCut or Premiere Pro
  • Social media and publishing tools
  • Photography and video editing is a plus
