About Us

Br. Olsson is run by brothers Mattias and Andreas Olsson and is rooted in a passion for food, drink, and guest experiences. The group includes Hotel Fratelli, Bazar Bar & Restaurant, Bazar Bakery & Deli, Olssons Brygga, O’Learys Arvika, and Olssons Event, which hosts festivals such as Arvika Hamnfest and Kajen. With tasteful experiences of world-class quality, we aim to provide our guests with the best moments of the day.

We are now looking for a Junior Web & Content Coordinator who wants to help develop our digital channels for several strong brands in the restaurant, event, and tourism sectors.

With us, you will work closely with reality: guests who book tables, buy tickets, and plan their experiences. What you write and publish should make it easy to choose us and inspire guests to return. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing manager and the team around you, contributing to ensuring that our websites, campaign pages, and digital flows are clear, inspiring, and sales-oriented.

Your Responsibilities

You will help us create a smooth and inspiring digital experience by:

  • writing and updating web texts and campaign pages
  • formulating offers to make them clear and attractive
  • optimizing content for bookings, ticket purchases, and conversions
  • working with newsletters and digital mailings
  • structuring and publishing content in web/CMS
  • contributing to SEO and visibility in search
  • tracking results and learning what drives traffic and bookings

You have worked for a few years with digital content, web, or communication and are used to formulating messages that not only inform but also drive bookings, ticket purchases, and visits. At the same time, you are curious and want to continue developing.

Tools and Digital Familiarity

  • CMS tools, such as WordPress
  • newsletter tools and digital mailings
  • experience in tracking results in analytics tools
  • understanding of how content affects visibility and reach
