Your mission

This position is an expansion within LSS as we are growing and need to increase from two to three LSS nurses.

As a nurse within LSS and social psychiatry, you will primarily work independently but will also be part of a team of experienced colleagues. In addition to patient-related work involving assessments, examinations, information, and advice, you will also play an important role in collaborating with staff at each residence. You will also have close cooperation with our HSL nursing assistants.

The municipality has several smaller residences within the LSS (Act on Support and Service) operations. There are 16 residences in the city center and 3 in the nearby towns. The clientele ranges from children to elderly individuals with disabilities. We are also responsible for a residence focused on social psychiatry.

The position is daytime with weekend shifts every sixth week and a 37-hour workweek. Documentation is done via Life Care-HSL.

Your experience

• Licensed nurse.
• Experience in home healthcare or similar experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Good computer skills.
• Driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle.
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, with good reading comprehension.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working within LSS and social psychiatry.

You will be responsible for delegating, guiding, and supporting staff in health and medical care tasks. Therefore, we also appreciate if you have good mentoring skills.
