You will be part of an engaged team of about 40 employees: general practitioners, ST and AT doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, dietitians, as well as medical secretaries and receptionists. Together we offer a complete primary care service and provide the best possible care to our approximately 10,000 registered patients and 1,100 children at the child health center (BVC).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help develop the future of primary care with us? We are now welcoming a general practitioner who wants to become part of our team.

Your responsibilities include outpatient work with both urgent and planned visits as well as assessment patients where you will be able to use your entire general medical competence. The work involves assessing and treating patients of all ages with all kinds of health problems that do not require resources from specialized healthcare.

Collaboration cases with the municipality and other authorities are also part of your assignment, and you will have close cooperation with engaged and knowledgeable colleagues. Supervision of junior doctors and medical students is included in the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine and authorized to work within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale is a requirement. It is also a requirement that you have supervisory training and/or experience in supervising ST and AT doctors. Experience working in primary care is meritorious as well as experience working in PMO and Melior.

You are confident in your professional role, have an easy time collaborating, and enjoy working in a team. In your work, you are meticulous and engaged and feel a great responsibility for your patients. You have a positive attitude and look forward to contributing to development and collaboration at the health center.
