Job Responsibilities

As a property technician, you work closely with the customer. It is your task to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.

Your job responsibilities will include:

Service work
Repairs
Maintenance work
Installations
Property rounds
Operational optimizations
Drive smaller improvement projects

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

High school education
Education focused on property technology/related industries or equivalent work experience
Good system skills
Good knowledge of Office
Driver's license B
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Knowledge of electricity is an advantage
