I am a woman living in my own apartment and leading an active life with a clear structure. I need support in my daily life to manage my home, maintain my contacts, and live an active life with many leisure interests (music, singing, dancing, gymnastics, swimming, cinema, café, and outings).

I am now looking for a calm, responsible, and secure assistant.

About the Job

As my personal assistant, you will provide support in everyday life, including:

• daily tasks such as cooking and cleaning
• planning and implementing activities
• some personal care and hygiene

I follow my schedules closely, and you will do it together with me. I need you to be present and help me maintain structure to make my daily life as good as possible.

I am looking for someone who has experience with autism and intellectual disabilities, is calm, mature, reliable, and is a woman and non-smoker.

It is a plus if you

• have knowledge of low-arousal approaches
• have experience working in personal assistance or other similar professions in education or care

Working hours: At least 20 hours per week with good opportunities for more hours in the future. Working hours: afternoon, evening, night (sleeping duty), morning, and weekend. All shifts include sleeping duty.

A daily shift starts at 3 PM and ends at 9 AM the following morning (pick-up/drop-off at daily activities). On weekends, working hours are scheduled for full-day shifts.
