We are now looking for an experienced and self-driven property caretaker focused on internal maintenance and rounds to join our team in Stockholm North. You will primarily work in and around Arlandastad, with work areas extending to Norrort and Västerort.

In this role, you will have significant responsibility and become a key person in our property service. We are looking for someone with experience in similar tasks who enjoys working in a structured and solution-oriented environment where quality and service are prioritized.

• Internal maintenance of properties, including general supervision and care of common areas.

• Property rounds and technical inspections to ensure the property is in good condition.

• Perform minor repairs and service work.

• Be responsible for garden and green area maintenance as needed.

• Snow removal and ice prevention during the winter months.

• Act as a contact person in certain customer agreements, maintaining ongoing customer dialogue and ensuring our commitments are met.

• Contribute to developing and improving our internal routines and working methods.

• Has at least 5 years of experience in property maintenance, especially focusing on internal maintenance and rounds.

• Is familiar with handling various types of machines and tools.

• Is independent, responsible, and has a good sense of order.

• Has a strong service focus and the ability to build good relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Has good computer skills and can communicate well in Swedish both verbally and in writing.

• Holds a B driver's license (requirement).

• Experience working with housing associations.

• Property technical education or other relevant education.

• Interest in digital solutions and streamlining workflows.

• Basic U/P training in occupational health and safety.
