About the position
In the role of workshop coach, you will secure the service process and manage the daily work. You will support our Service Advisors and technicians in both big and small matters to make each day efficient and profitable. You will be responsible for certain administrative tasks such as processing and warranty management. The focus will be on leadership, where you will coach employees using various follow-up tools and weekly meetings to help them achieve set financial goals, satisfy customers, and create good group dynamics.

What we expect from you
We see that you have previous experience in personnel and results responsibility. You have good computer skills and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. A B driver's license is a requirement. We are looking for someone who is a natural coach and interested in leadership. You are a humble and attentive person who has the ability to engage your surroundings in both good and challenging times.
